We begin by clarifying your request—what you think you need help with. Often, as we dig deeper, we discover the root issue might be different from what you originally thought. This is completely normal and part of the process.
Next, we do a grounding meditation to calm your mind and relax your body. This helps you enter a calm and receptive state, which is essential for the work we’ll do. For those who are more skeptical or new to this, we might use oracle cards to gently guide the session and open up insights.
Using
muscle testing (kinesiology), we identify where the blocks are coming from. Kinesiology taps into your body’s subconscious wisdom to uncover the root causes of these blocks, which may include:
- Limiting beliefs from childhood or life experiences
- Inherited patterns from family, ancestors, or larger systems
- Emotional baggage or stress stored in the body
- Exploring the Reasons and Meanings
Once we identify a block, we may explore its meaning and understand why it’s there. However, not all blocks require deep exploration—some can be cleared immediately, while others might need deeper emotional understanding or reflection.
