Energy blocks can come from different sources, and understanding where they originate helps us address them deeply and effectively. Below are some of the examples where they can be originating from.
Example: You were told as a child that you are “too sensitive,” so you suppress emotions in adulthood, making it difficult to form deep connections.
Example: If women in your family have always struggled with financial independence, you may find yourself unconsciously repeating the same pattern, even if logically you want financial freedom.
Example: A fear of public speaking that feels overwhelmingly intense, even though you’ve never had a bad experience speaking in front of people in this life.
Once we identify where a block is coming from, we categorize what kind of block it is. This helps us choose the best method to clear it. Below are some of the most typical ones:
Example: You always attract unavailable partners. This pattern will continue to repeat until you “read the message” behind it—perhaps learning self-worth, emotional independence, or boundaries.
Example: You see your father in your husband and react to him as if he were your father, rather than as his own person. Another example is shaping your relationship with the world based on your mother’s fears or beliefs.
Example: If you’ve experienced betrayal, you might subconsciously “agree” never to trust again, which prevents deep relationships from forming.
Example: If someone told you in a moment of anger, “You’ll never succeed,” and you took it to heart, it may be influencing you years later without you realizing it.
